- As this is our business, you will always be dealing with Amanda & Harriet – allowing us to build a long-term partnership and eliminating the need to explain your business continuously to new consultants.
- We visit all of our clients to gain an excellent understanding of your business and its culture, so we can be passionate and knowledgeable ambassadors for your business.
- We do not set ourselves targets in terms of CVs sent or interviews arranged, which means you will only ever see applicants who we believe are right for you.
- We aim to meet all candidates face-to-face so that we can do all the filtering for you – at the end of the day it’s our job to save you time.
- We competency base all candidates so we can evaluate their skills and assess their suitability, resulting in a ratio of only 3 interviews to 1 placement with all mid to high level positions.
