About Us - The Pollinate TeamThe Pollinate story began when founders, Amanda and Harriet, decided they could offer the industry something better. They had already met socially, professionally (and competitively) and saw that they had complementary skills as well as the same drive and motivation. From a dining table start-up in 2006, their business has flourished, adding Jeni to the team in March 2010
Amanda Nuttall – Director
Amanda has spent 12 years in the sales industry, for the most part as a recruitment consultant specialising in IT, Sales and Marketing. She has also gained considerable experience as an Internal Recruiter both working onsite at EMI Music and as a Recruitment, Training and Development Manager (HR) for a Sales organisation. It was while dealing with agencies that she decided she could do a much better job – and Pollinate was created.
Harriet Smart – Director
Having started her career as a recruitment consultant specialising in education, Harriet has gone to gain extensive experience across the sales industry. She has worked as a Business Development Manager before quickly progressing to Sales Manager and then she decided that it was time to join Amanda and create Pollinate their own Sales recruitment agency.
Jeni Boraston - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Jeni is a 2:1 graduate with 6 months sales experience. Whilst she’s training she’ll be working closely alongside Harriet and Amanda, learning everything they know - with the aim to manage the business one day!
