Your Application

- We aim to respond to every application that we receive by email or phone but sometimes, if there’s a high volume of response, this is not always possible. If you have not heard from us and you would like some open and honest feedback about your application, then please call us
Your Interview Process with Us
- When we receive your CV we will call you to discuss the companies and roles you are seeking and then tell you more about the particular position that you applied for. If it is not right for you, then we will tell you why and let you know if we have something more suitable
- The next step is to arrange a face-to-face interview. We realise it is not always easy to meet at our office during working hours, so we are more than willing to arrange a more convenient time and place
- If a meeting is not possible, then we can arrange to speak at length over the phone – again we understand that it may be more convenient for you to speak in the evening or at the weekend
- The majority of our clients conduct behavioural/competency based interviews, so, in order to prepare you for the same style of interview, we do the same. We interview against key criteria, typical for that position. This helps identify your strengths and weaknesses and gives an insight into how you behave in a working environment – so we can match you to the right company and role
- Finally, we will provide an honest and accurate account of the companies and roles we feel are suitable for you – which might include industries and sectors you would never have thought of. However, it’s not in our nature to be pushy, so it is always your decision to be put forward
What happens next?
- We will only ever send your CV to companies we have discussed and never without your permission
- We will then forward your details to the company, providing an overview of your relevant skills and salary requirements
- You will hear back from us within 4 hours – either to arrange an interview or to provide valuable feedback if you were not successful
- We will then manage you through the process until the day you start, guiding you through the resignation process
- Once you have started your new role, we will keep in touch with you on a regular basis to ensure a successful placement
