About UsWe founded Pollinate in 2006 with one aim in mind – to create a Head-Office Recruitment Agency that restored our clients’ and candidates’ faith in the industry. With 24 years experience between us, we have used agencies to find work and we have also worked as HR Recruitment Specialists, so we understand the frustrations of dealing with agencies that give the industry a bad name.
A fresh approach was needed, so we launched our own Head-Office Recruitment Agency based on three core principles – passion, experience and integrity.
