|
The role of Accounts Payable Assistant (German/ French Speaker)
• Bank reconciliation
• Processing inter-company transactions
• Responsible for invoice and expenses processing
• Approve invoices and expenses ready for payment and processing
• Processing invoices into SUN accounting system
• Bi-monthly payment run activation
• Bi-monthly BACS payment generation
• Aged creditor tracking and issue identification
• Incoming invoice/ supplier issue resolution
To be considered for Accounts Payable Assistant (German/ French Speaker)
• 3+ years experience in Accounts Payable Assistant
• Fluent in German/ English and ideally French
• To have a good understanding of accounts to book keeping level is advantageous
• Useful to have an understanding of SUN accounts
• Team player
• Attention to detail
• Comfortable working with processes and procedures, and able to be flexible with changing process requirements
• Takes a customer service approach
• Determined to succeed

Location
Working in Thames Ditton, Surrey Monday- Friday 9am-5.15pm. Based near Surbiton, Kingston-on-Thames, Esher, Middlesex, Chessington, Epsom.
