Field Sales/Business Development Manager/Recruitment Sales/Job Board
A Field Sales/Business Development Manager is required for a leading brand to sell online advertising, due to expansion, creating fantastic career opportunities for all individuals who join now.
The role of Field Sales/Business Development Manager/ Recruitment Sales/Job Board
The role is 100% new business development and typically you will spend 1 day in the office and 4 days on the road/working from home.
Working in the Recruitment team, you will be targeting recruitment agencies and direct clients to advertise on the job board section of their website. You will achieve this via various methods including cold calling, prospecting, market research, field sales calls, developing long term business development and networking. You will be seen as a product expert and is a reference point for customers wishing to this client as a recruitment partner.
To be considered for the role of Field Sales/Business Development Manager/Recruitment Sales/Job Board
• Strong New Business experience is essential and ideally gained within one of the following areas; Recruitment Consultant, Job Board Sales, Media Sales, Online Sales, Publishing Sales
• You must have experience of being in a face to face role – this doesn’t have to be field based experience
• Self motivation and good diary management
• 2+ years experience
Package for the for the role of Field Sales/Business Development Manager/Recruitment Sales/Job Board
• £32-35k basic
• Uncapped commission
