A Business Development Manager is required for an established marketing and IT solutions company
As Business Development Manager you will be responsible generating new business selling a wide range of marketing and IT solutions focusing on the contact centre products and services. The role is 90% new business development but as you progress the role will become more focused on Account Management as you keep the clients you have developed.
You are supported by a telesales team to help you generate appointments as well as attending networking events. You will be interacting with heads of departments and above and you average order value is c£50 but some of their products are worth £300k+
To be considered for the role of Business Development Manager/Senior Sales Consultant
• Ideally a graduate • Considerable experience as a Business Development Manager ideally selling both products and service. Industries considered: Online Job Boards such as Monster and Totaljobs, Recruitment software, a data/marketing service provider such as Experian or IT software, to name but a few. It must have a technical, online stance. • You must have a recent track record of generating new business as they are not looking for an Account Manager • A consultative and professional approach. • Be entrepreneurial, innovative and creative. • Excellent presentation and communication skills
The package for Business Development Manager/Senior Sales Consultant:
• £35-40k basic depending on background and experience • Flexible benefits package • Up to 27 days holiday per annum • Company Car • Fully subsidised gym on site
