Customer Service Assistant/Customer Service Executive/Customer Service Advisor
A Customer Service Executive is required for a renowned Internet organisation who is a market leader in their field.
The Customer Service Executive Role:
Operating from the centrally located office, as the customer service executive you will the key link between the company and their key clients. You will provide customers with an excellent service and maintain high levels of customer retention and ensure that you deliver promptly and accurately via both incoming enquiries and outbound customer care calls.
To be considered for the Customer Service Executive role:
• 2+yrs experience as a Customer Service Executive • In depth knowledge of excel – be comfortable and competent using spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables and in completing v look ups. • Strong organisational skills • Hardworking, honest, genuine and dynamic
Basic is £19-20k with an excellent benefits package on top.
