Customer Service Executive / Customer Service Advisor
A Customer Service Executive is required for a renowned Internet organisation who is a market leader in their field.
The Customer Service Executive Role:
Operating from the centrally located office, as the technical customer service executive you will the key link between the company and their key clients. You will work closely with the technical support team to maintain and improve the automated data feed. You will also resolve queries with 3rd party software suppliers. You will provide customers with an excellent service and maintain high levels of customer retention and ensure that you deliver promptly and accurately via both incoming enquiries and outbound customer care calls.
To be considered for the Technical Customer Service Executive role:
• 2+yrs experience as a Customer Service Executive • Educated to A’Level standard or have strong GCSE’s (Grade C and above) • Ideally some Data Analysis experience • In depth knowledge of excel – be comfortable and competent using spreadsheets and formulas • It’s essential that you have strong technical support skills. • Hardworking, honest, genuine and dynamic
Basic is £17-18,000 + 12% bonus with an excellent benefits package on top.
