2 Customer Service/Data Quality Officers are required for a market leader internet based company based in Milton Keynes due to expansion to be responsible ensuring that records displayed on the website are up to date, valid, and given maximum possible exposure.
The role of Data Quality Support Office/Customer Service
Key Responsibilities;
•Provide support to their members in the accurate provision of data, hilst delivering a level of the highest customer service
•Proactively contact members whose records are inaccurately displayed
•Be an enforcer & educator of their data requirements & standards
•Act as a central point of contact for data accuracy queries
•Accurately record correspondence
•Provide administrative/data support and assistance to the ADF & Data Quality Manager & wider business units
•Work in conjunction with business units troubleshooting and resolving data accuracy issues and queries
To be considered for the role of Data Quality Support Office/Customer Service
•Must have a strong background in Customer Service where ideally you have been analysing data but if not, you must have strong attention to detail
•Strong assertive character
•Patient – will be educating their clients on T&C’s
•Will speak up and not afraid to challenge•
•Works on their own initiative
•Strong attention to detail in recording/analysing data
•A propensity to pick up new systems & processes
•A sound competency of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and whom is driven to learning new technologies
