A face to face Customer Service/Co-coordinator/ Concierge is required to join a fun, growing and fast paced company within the Property/ Hospitality industry where you will be dealing with high-end customers.
The Customer Service/ Co-coordinator/Concierge role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who likes to run around and not be sat at their desk all day. The company is growing rapidly creating fantastic career development opportunities.
The hours are 5 shifts spread over the 7 day week so the hours could be:
9-5.30pm, 10.30-7pm, 12 (midday)-9pm, 3pm-11pm. So you must be prepared to work every other weekend
• Liaise with co-ordinators regarding guest arrivals/ arrivals reports/ welcome letters • Prepare apartments for guest arrivals • Follow up calls to guests • Prepare welcome bags • Resolve any guest issues which may occur • Consistently maintain a high level of customer service
To be considered for the Customer Service/ Co-coordinator/Concierge role:
• Preferably have 1+ years experience as a customer service executive, estate agent and/or concierge, retail • Extremely organised and practical as you may have to carry luggage or change a light bulb on occasion • Personable/ presentable • Excellent communication skills- both written and spoken English • Must be able to pay attention to detail • Strong team player
