A Field Sales/Account Manager professional is required for an established company who are a market leader in their field and have around 800 employees. They can boast an impressive client list and are currently working with 95% of the FTSE 100 and 80% of the Fortune 500.
The role of Field Sales/Account Manager
You will be accountable for both Account Management (70%) and New Business Development (30%) and on joining you will adopt around 50 clients whose annual spend is c£600,000 and it will be your responsibility to cross and up sell and increase their spend by 10%. Working from home you will typically visit around 24 clients per month, selling a range of 250 products and services to a wide range of clients across a variety of industries.
To be considered the role of Field Sales/Account Manager
• A minimum of 3 years Field Sales/Account Management experience
• You must have worked in one of the following industries: Online Job boards such as Monster, Totaljobs and Fish4, Recruitment software such as I’Grasp, RPO – selling the RPO solution, psychometric companies, Recruitment Consultants/Head-hunters who have specifically worked in the HR industry, HR software or any other industries where you have been selling to the HR team.
• You must have the ability to identify the key decision maker and network within the business
• You will predominately dealing with HR Directors so if you have any experience of selling to this level then this is highly desirable.
• You must have no less than 18 months experience in any of your roles over the last 5 years
Package for the Field Sales/Account Manager
• c£35k basic
• Uncapped commission
• Realistic 1st year earning is c30%, 2nd year you can double your salary.
• Car allowance £325 per month
• 25 days holiday
• NCP coming later this year.
Location:
Working from home, covering Yorkshire and the North East. Towns include Leeds Hull, Sunderland, Newcastle, Middlesbrough, Darlington, Harrogate and York.
