The role of Customer Service Support • To provide consistent, high-quality, pro-active support to overseas customers • To provide sales support where appropriate • Any administrative/ support tasks as required • To liaise and support the Overseas Customer Service teams • Resolve customer enquiries effectively • To maintain customer contact database
To be considered for the role of Customer Service Support • Have previous customer service support experience • It is essential that you have previously worked in a nightshift role • Be highly motivated and proactive • IT Literate- be comfortable disabling Google Chrome, Firewalls, deleting Cookies etc • Fluent in French and English • Have high level of communication skills • Be a team player • Have the drive to keep people ‘happy and satisfied’ • Willing to go the ‘extra mile’ • Be a positive thinker • Be hard working/ honest • Have a flexible, open minded attitude • Have an excellent eye for detail
Package for Customer Service Support • £20K basic • Plus £3.5K nightshift allowance • 25 days holiday • Plus benefits
