A Head of Marketing is required for a leading website based in central London, who are market leaders in their field and have been consistently growing and expanding even over the last few years.
As Head of Marketing you will play a pivotal role in helping the online media company to achieve both short and long-term business goals through trade B2B (70%) and consumer marketing activity. They communicate across all forms of print, on-line and broadcast media. You will manage a team of 9 people within Marketing and PR.
You must be just as happy getting involved with POS marketing as well as TV Campaigns.
To be considered for the Head of Marketing role:
• At least 8 years experience in both B2C and B2B with your passion being B2B
• Experience of BLT and ATL marketing
• Ideally you will have experience of TV & Radio Campaigns but this is not essential
• Your Marketing experience will have been gained in a company with a strong brand name.
• Ideally educated to degree level - but approach and relevant experience will be of greater importance
• Experience of handling multi-channel marketing activity to both trade and consumers will be a key requirement
• Knowledge and exposure to digital media channels will be vital, with experience of dealing with social media an advantage
• Evidence of the creation of marketing campaigns for both products and brands is desirable
• Digital/Online industry experience isn’t essential but you should have gained your marketing experience in an up-to-date sector such as publishing, FMCG, property, retail, pharmaceutical, IT, consumer etc
Package for the Head of Marketing:
• £70-80k basic + bonus
• Hours: 9-5.30 Monday to Friday
• Holidays: 23 days rising 1 day for each year completed (maximum 27 days)
