A Head of Marketing/Marketing Director is a global online media and advertising company who have a number of high traffic websites and mobile applications.
The role of Head of Marketing/Marketing Director
As the Head of Marketing you will manage a small team with the viewing of growing and be responsible for all customer acquisition, CRM, brand, product development and communications. You will be responsible for and primarily measured on driving increased commission revenues within the UK business by increasing visitor levels to the site. You will be responsible for both B2B and B2C marketing

This role will suit someone who is comfortable working in a dynamic “start-up” environment, able to think strategically but happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved in all aspects of the business. You will be a world-class marketer, used to getting great results from a small team and you will have a proven track record of driving business growth.
• You must currently be either a Senior Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing for an online business. • Proven record of driving revenue by improving online customer experience. • Excellent analytical skills and ROI performance • Strong strategic and creative thinker with proven success in changing consumer behaviour. • Experience of managing and developing a brand
