The role of Telesales Executive
• 99.9% office/ phone based, you can go out on meetings but should feel confident selling entirely over the phone
• 80% new business/ 20% account management
• You will be required to take regular vendor and industry exams i.e. Microsoft/ competency exams- with the aim to improve external development as well as internal
• You will receive ongoing personal development and sales training from your line manager
To be considered for Telesales Executive
• Background preferred- Technology/ training/ distribution/ IT recruitment/ Telesales
• Good technical language skills i.e. Telecoms, Cisco, Microsoft, Database Technologies
• Good sales skills
• Must have targets and performance figures on CV
• Must be confident in selling over the phone
• Be a team player
• Motivated
• Passionate about sales
Package for Telesales Executive
• Salary- £25-30k
• Top earner took home £80k last year
