Lettings Manager/Branch Manager/Property Manager – Notting Hill
A Lettings Manager is required for one of the most established and respected Estate Agents in London who offer fast track career progression throughout their several brands.
Fantastic opportunity for someone who is ready to make that next step up to Lettings Manager.
Role of Lettings Manager/Branch Manager/Property Manager
• To achieve budget income, profitability and other targets set for your office
• To demonstrate by personal performance and results the standards required from reporting staff
• To ensure staff comply with all company administrative procedures and effect additional work systems where necessary
• To hold weekly team meetings in order to update applicant and Landlord register
• To implement and maintain an advertising/canvassing programme, to be adhered to and monitored
• To monitor the office diary for the effective time management of staff
• To appraise the performance of staff on a quarterly basis and communicate to them the results
To be considered for the role of Lettings Manager
• A minimum of 2 years experience in Residential Lettings/Lettings Negotiator either as Lettings Manager or you could be someone who is a Team Leader of a small team and you are now ready to make that next step up.
• Extensive knowledge of estate agency practices and market values/trends
• Ability to motivate, coach and develop staff
• Business acumen to encompass preparation of budgets, react to financial or other statistical reports
• Highly presentable and polished to reflect their brand
£20-25k basic + uncapped commission + company car. You will also receive a guarantee for the first few months.
