An Office Manager/ Operations Co-ordinator/ Property Co-ordinator is required to join a fun/ fast paced company within the Property/ Hospitality industry where you will be dealing with high quality customers.
The Operations Co-ordinator/ Property Co-ordinator, Office Manager role: • Co-ordinating new apartments coming in from the property team • Ordering stock • Assist with renewals/ negotiations when required • Assist in setting up properties • Stock Orders • Co-ordinate all new apartments between departments • Any ad hoc paperwork
To be considered for the Operations Co-ordinator/ Property Co-ordinator/Office Manager role:
• It preferable that you have experience as an Operations Co-ordinator/ Property Co-ordinator, but not essential • Other backgrounds that will be considered are Customer Service, Secretary, PA’s, Office Manager and/or Administrator as long you are highly organised. • Personable/ presentable • Excellent communication skills- both written and spoken English • Must be able to pay attention to detail • Experience of Microsoft programmes i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel

There are two different roles with different shift patterns:
1) Monday-Friday with 2 different shifts: 8am-4.30pm or 10-6pm 2) Thursday – Monday (Sat/Sun: 9-6pm, Mon, Thursday & Friday: 12-9pm)
