An Operations Manager is required to join a fun/ fast paced company within the Property/ Hospitality industry where you will be dealing with high quality customers.
The Operations Manager role:
You are responsible for maintaining and delivering an operational service that means all guests have a positive and welcoming experience that exceeds their expectations, working alongside the Customer Service Manager.
• Managing a small team • Oversee daily operational matters, including arrivals and departures process, guest special requests and maintenance requests • Manage the Housekeeping outsourcing contract, ensuring procedures are followed and apartment servicing quality standards are maintained • Oversee the Housekeeping schedule to ensure sufficient coverage to meet cleaning demands • You are responsible for the quality of the apartments and related feel and look • You are responsible for working with the Property Acquisition Manager to manage the acquisition and disposal apartment stock and co-ordinating with Sales and Finance to ensure related tasks are completed in a timely manner.
To be considered for the Operations Manager role:
• Strong experience as an Operations Manager ideally gained within the hospitality sector (hotel, pubs, restaurants) • Very strong organisation skills • Efficient, calm under pressure and proactive
