An Account Manager is required, due to expansion, for an established IT Services company who have partnerships with the likes of HP and Microsoft and have invested in the latest operations software such as Labtech and ConnectWise
The role or Account Manager - IT services and products, managed IT services, or IT consulting
The role is 100% Account Management that involved very little sales. You will be responsible for keeping close to your clients, understanding their business and delivering the right solutions to their needs. Commission can be earnt but this is a very soft sell that is about service delivery. The role is office based but you will be expected to attend 2 meetings a week.
You will be the first Account Manager on board with plans to grow the team to 5 people over the next couple of years so if you are looking to step up into the role of Team Leader then this is a great opportunity for you.
To be considered for the role of Account Manager - IT services and products, managed IT services, or IT consulting
• All Microsoft Windows platforms
• All Microsoft Server platforms
• All Microsoft Office Versions
• Microsoft Hyper-V technologies.
• Local Area Networking, including routers, firewalls, and security
• Wide Area Networking and Internet Connectivity
• VPN, RDC and other methods of supporting remote access between sites/users
• Setup and maintenance of hosted/Cloud services
• Knowledge of other common operating systems and software applications.
• In-depth knowledge of ConnectWise, Labtech and other applications used by the business
• Must have face to face sales experience
Basic is £30-35k + uncapped commission + benefits
